Synchronized access to file data everywhere ensures user productivity by supporting remote and hybrid work. The Role: Director, Solutions Architect Nasuni is seeking a Director, Solutions Architect to lead and scale our West Enterprise Solutions Architecture team. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled Solutions Architects who provide pre-sales technical expertise and architectural guidance for enterprise customers adopting Nasuni’s Cloud-Native File Storage solutions. The Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring technical sales excellence, and fostering strong collaboration between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Lead & Scale the Solutions Architect Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Solutions Architects, driving technical excellence and alignment with business objectives. Drive Technical Pre-Sales Strategy: Oversee the development of technical sales strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Ensure Customer Success & Business Impact: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementations and drive repeat business. Evangelize Nasuni’s Value Proposition: Present Nasuni’s technology solutions to C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical teams in high-stakes enterprise engagements. Develop & Implement Best Practices: Standardize and enhance pre-sales processes, technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and value-based selling frameworks. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to drive customer satisfaction and influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Serve as a thought leader on cloud storage, hybrid cloud solutions, data migration, and enterprise IT strategies. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, technical sales, or related roles within cloud storage, data management, or enterprise infrastructure. 3+ years of leadership experience, managing pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture teams. Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance technical sales teams. Deep understanding of enterprise storage solutions, cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), NAS, backup, disaster recovery, and data security. Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional ability to manage multiple enterprise sales opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive strategic initiatives. Strong proficiency in technical sales processes, including proof-of-concept execution, RFI/RFP response development, and solution demonstrations. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Why Join Nasuni?
