Position: Oracle Senior Payroll Systems Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: Three Month Contract - Potential for Extension Qualifications: Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience required Work Experience: 2 years of experience in a Human Resources, HR Technology, Payroll or Time & Labor systems role 2 years of professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud payroll and time & labor modules Other: Must have good project management skills Advanced payroll and system analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Customer focused mindset Advanced proficiency in Excel Ability to Multi-task and manage workload effectively Solutions oriented mindset Strong work ethic Organizational skills Working with Smart Sheet is a plus CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus
