Note: This is a HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days at local client office per week. Travel costs are not reimbursable. Must be able to work in the Central time zone. DATA ANALYTICS - DATA MINING AND PREDICTIVE MODELING As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will join a collaborative agile team dedicated to enhancing communications and operational efficiency for branch teams within the banking and capital markets sector. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic product objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for system issues and escalations, reporting directly to the Branch Efficiency Sr. Product Owner and ensuring prompt resolution. - Analyze, refine, and document user stories and acceptance criteria for complex business processes, collaborating closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Act as a liaison between Technology and Digital Product Management to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs. - Collaborate with developers, UX designers, QA, and other associates to deliver features that align with broader product objectives and acceptance criteria. - Support initiatives involving AI-driven solutions, automation, and advanced analytics to optimize communication workflows and operational efficiency. Technology Conversations & Leadership: Ability to drive and facilitate technology discussions related to: - Integration approaches (e.g., APIs, microservices) for connecting banking systems and third-party platforms. - Cloud adoption, DevOps practices, and automation strategies to enhance delivery and scalability. - Data management, analytics, and the use of AI/ML for process improvement and predictive insights. - Collaboration tools and workflow automation to streamline branch operations. - Security and compliance requirements within financial services technology environments. Required Experience: - 5+ years in data analytics, product management, or business analysis, within banking or capital markets. - Bachelor s degree in computer science, business administration, MIS, or a related field. - Proven experience supporting custom-built, enterprise-grade applications. - Strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder communication skills. - Experience facilitating technology conversations around APIs, cloud, automation, and AI/ML. - Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Mural, and Salesforce. - Knowledge of financial services operations, enterprise technology, and collaboration platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree (MBA or Master s) is a plus. Build Agentic AI & Predictive Modeling Build intent recognition and next-best-action models to support proactive, context-aware agent behavior. Apply time-series forecasting, NLP, and reinforcement learning to anticipate user needs and environmental changes. Engineer features from multimodal data (e.g., text, voice, behavioral logs) to enhance model accuracy and personalization. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive models into real-time agentic AI systems. Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance using A/B testing, feedback loops, and adaptive learning techniques. Contribute to the architecture of agentic AI systems that exhibit goal-driven, self-directed behavior aligned with user objectives.
