Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MEDICAL TECHNICIAN to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY: WE WILL PROVIDE ON THE JOB PAID TRAINING. DUTIES • THE POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE SCREENING EQUIPMENT IN THE EYE DOCTOR'S OFFICE. • FULL TIME OR PART TIME IS AVAILABLE Skills • Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance patient communication. because the office has majority of patients who speak Russian, we need someone who will speak both Russian and English. • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively interact with patients. • Ability to perform intake procedures efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
