They recently launched their first title and are expanding their presence through Amazon and partnerships with bookstores. Responsibilities: Maintain and update the Website. Plan and schedule content (Instagram, Facebook), run basic ad campaigns, and grow engagement. Assist with product listings, optimization, and performance tracking. Research and contact independent bookstores and distributors. Respond to inquiries and manage order-related communications. Create simple visuals for social media and marketing. Help with scheduling, email management, and other business tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as a Marketing & Operations Specialist. Experience in small business operations, publishing, or e-commerce preferred. Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO. Comfortable with tools like Canva, Shopify/Amazon Seller Central. Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
