We need a Content + Events Manager to amplify our story through live and digital experiences.Role OverviewYou will blend event strategy with content creation to design, execute, and document on-site experiences that resonate with our audience. From pop-up cafés to trade-show activations, you’ll develop content plans, capture compelling assets, and oversee post-event storytelling across channels.ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop a cohesive events content calendar aligned to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand momentsDefine asset requirements (photo, video, blog, social) for each event, and brief internal teams or external agenciesEvent Execution & Asset CapturePlan and manage on-site content workflows—scouting locations, coordinating photographers/videographers, and securing necessary permissionsOversee live coverage: Instagram Stories, TikToks, Live Q&A, and real-time content dropsPost-Event StorytellingEdit and package event footage into high-impact videos, carousel posts, blog recaps, and email newsletter featuresCollaborate with the Social Media and PR teams to distribute content, monitor engagement, and report on reachCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Brand, Design, and Product teams to ensure all content aligns with creative guidelines and messagingWork closely with Events & Partnerships leads to integrate content objectives into overall event strategyMetrics & OptimizationTrack content performance (views, engagement, conversions) and derive insights to refine future event coveragePresent monthly reports on content ROI to senior leadershipQualifications2+ years managing content creation at live or virtual events, ideally in food & beverage, wellness, or lifestyle sectorsStrong portfolio of event-driven content: videos, social posts, blogs, or multimedia presentationsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple shoots and deadlinesProficiency in basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Lightroom)Exceptional communication skills—comfortable briefing talent and agencies, and presenting to stakeholdersEntrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detailPassion for health, wellness trends, and experiential storytellingWhy You’ll Love It HereJoin a hyper-growth brand on a category-disrupting trajectoryCollaborative, mission-driven culture in our downtown NYC officeCompetitive salary + performance bonus + comprehensive benefitsGenerous product allowance and ongoing professional developmentHow to ApplySend your resume, portfolio link (highlighting event content), and a brief cover letter to brad@morningmade.com with the subject line “Content + Events Manager”.
