## Key Role Overview As a Relationship Manager reporting to the AVP of Account Management, you will build and maintain long-term client relationships across key accounts in the Southern US, drive customer satisfaction, and grow revenue. This role is client-focused and collaborative, requiring strategic account management, proactive retention efforts, and the ability to present product and service value to senior decision makers. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop effective relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers across an assigned group of customer accounts, including strategic customers. - Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account and participating in sales initiatives; employees in this role are eligible for a Sales Commission Plan. - Facilitate client meetings, present available information, and raise the organization’s profile with customers through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations. - Proactively reach out to accounts to identify and mitigate retention risks or potential losses. - Respond to escalated customer issues and collaborate across internal teams in a matrixed environment to resolve client needs. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience (posting states 5-8+ years) in capital markets and/or fintech. - Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, matrixed environments. - Proficiency with tools/platforms such as Excel, Salesforce, Zoom.
