The Opportunity We’re seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and measurement of our high-growth domestic and global founder programs, including Milestone Makers, Community Class learning cohorts, and emerging partnerships. This position is designed for a strategic operator ready to grow into a Head of Programs role as we expand our footprint. The ideal candidate combines program management expertise, cultural fluency, and comfort working across complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate learning cohorts and leadership programs, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. • Outreach, track and recruit teachers in support of community needs to build into short form classes (typically 3-4 per month). • Supported by our Event Specialist, ensure each class production delivers an exceptional experience for all volunteer teachers and beneficiaries. • Support relationship management with global partners, mentors, and funders to ensure alignment and program excellence. • Oversee logistics across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless participant experience. • Help refine scalable systems for global learning delivery and continuous improvement. • Track participant progress, milestones, and global impact metrics in CRM and analytics systems. • Collaborate with the Directors of Learning & Impact team to analyze outcomes and produce funder and board reports. • Integrate feedback and learning insights into the design of next-generation global programs. • Support strategic planning for international expansion and new partnerships. • Help develop frameworks for global collaboration and data-sharing with regional partners. • Build management and operational skills for advancement into a Head of Programs role within 12–24 months. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in global program coordination, nonprofit operations, or research-driven learning environments. • Experience managing cross-cultural communication and international partnerships. • Analytical and systems-oriented thinker, comfortable managing data and process flows. • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute across multiple priorities. • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and readiness for future leadership. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000–$75,000, depending on experience and location. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and professional development. • Primarily virtual role with 2–3 annual in-person convenings for program graduations or partner events (travel covered).
