Position: Sales Engineer Division: NAPCO Access Pro Location: Western U.S. (From Texas and West) Reports to: VP of Sales, NAPCO Access Pro Company: NAPCO Access Pro, a division of NAPCO Security Technologies which is headquartered in Amityville, New York is a wholly owned subsidiary and producer of an advanced line of PC-driven building Access Control systems and peripherals, featuring multiple card technology integration, multi-tasking software and intuitive report generation. We are seeking a technical field sales engineer to add to our NAPCO Access Pro team. The successful candidate will represent our company and our products in a proficient, knowledgeable, and dependable manner. They will be able to demonstrate advanced training skills with hardware, software, and all network componentry of an enterprise access control system. Responsibilities: • Technical Support for customers by phone, email and on-site. • On-site professional support services and remote training for Integrators & End-Users. • Sales support for regional sales managers. • Training/certification of all newly enrolled dealers and manage recertification of existing dealers. • Provide on time feedback to sales management through tools such as weekly call reports and CRM input. • Attend selected trade shows and meetings to promote NAPCO Access Pro’s name in the market. • Keeping current with all Continental Access features and Integration Components. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Electronic Access Control Systems (Hardware & Software). • MCSE Certification preferred but not required. • Proficient with MS SQL, Virtual Environments, Database setup and partitioning, server setup and maintenance, and cloud services. • Access Control hardware certified. NAPCO Access Pro hardware is preferred but not required. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Server OSs. • Knowledge of wireless locking systems and door locking systems. • Very strong interpersonal and presentation skills. • Very strong problem-solving skills and desire to help customers. • Ability to travel 75%. • Compensation and Benefits: We offer an attractive employment package including a competitive salary, 401(k), paid vacation, personal time off, paid holidays, long term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and career growth.
