Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NANUK is dedicated to protecting, organizing, and transporting goods, aiming to develop a global brand of equipment protection. They are seeking a motivated Western U.S. Commercial Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory • Prospect and generate new accounts in the US commercial market • Reactivate dormant accounts through sales activities • Reach out to strategic customer leads via cold calling and other lead generation sources • Research potential accounts, identify key players, and generate interest • Establish and develop a customer database • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to maximize sales potential • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met • Deliver client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations • Accelerate the resolution of customer issues and complaints • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and forecast reports • Provide continuous reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and actual sales • Conduct regular sales governance meetings with territory sales directors • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services • Communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level • Collaborate with diverse teams including marketing and customer service • Attend assigned tradeshows and all required corporate sales meetings • Travel frequently across assigned territory • Drive long distances and travel by plane • Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle • And all others related tasks. Skills • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and negotiation. • Must reside within the United States. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with a CRM. • Customer centricity. • Autonomous work ethic. • Adaptability, versatility and flexibility. • Attention to detail and resourcefulness. • Analytical mind, business acumen and global vision. • Problem solving capabilities. • Aggressive and ambitious. • Results oriented. • Effective interpersonal communication. • Availability for trade shows, sales meetings and special events. • Must have a current valid passport and be able to travel to Canada as needed. • Packaging industry sales experience preferred. • Knowledge of protective case industry a bonus. • College degree or any other relevant certifications.
