They are seeking a motivated Western U.S. Commercial Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory • Prospect and generate new accounts in the US commercial market • Reactivate dormant accounts through sales activities • Reach out to strategic customer leads via cold calling and other lead generation sources • Research potential accounts, identify key players, and generate interest • Establish and develop a customer database • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to maximize sales potential • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met • Deliver client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations • Accelerate the resolution of customer issues and complaints • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and forecast reports • Provide continuous reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and actual sales • Conduct regular sales governance meetings with territory sales directors • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services • Communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level • Collaborate with diverse teams including marketing and customer service • Attend assigned tradeshows and all required corporate sales meetings • Travel frequently across assigned territory • Drive long distances and travel by plane • Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle • And all others related tasks.
