Lead Salesforce technical implementation for Telecom B2B Sales including Sales Cloud customization, CPQ integration, and API/middleware troubleshooting.
12+ years experience with deep Salesforce Sales Cloud skills, CPQ software knowledge, MuleSoft integration, defect tracking, and Agile methodology familiarity.
