• Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all market segments of sales and marketing, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. • Responsibilities* - Manage all sales opportunity, reporting to the General and Regional Managers - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive transient, group and meeting room sales, while achieving maximum profitability - Analyze market trends and customer needs to create innovative sales opportunities - Collaborate with the General Manager, Front Desk, and various marketing tools to capture new business. Must complete Brand Sales required training, knowledgeable of all booking 3rd party sites. Answer all leads timely. - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions - Skilled efforts to develop and capture Lead business, expanding corporate client base - Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to secure profitable agreements • Requirements* - Proven experience in hotel sales, business development, and customer service - Strong ability to analyze market trends and extend profitable quotes on new business - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. - Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Outstanding negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with clients and vendors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
