Director of Public Policy NALCAB is seeking an influential Director of Public Policy to lead our federal strategy, reporting to NALCAB’s President & CEO. The Details: • Engage with the US Congress and the Presidential Administration. • Develop and execute policy agenda. • Serve as NALCAB’s public policy spokesperson. • 7 years’ experience in federal policy development or advocacy. • Location: Washington, DC. • Hybrid Work Schedule: Flexible, requiring 2-3 days per week of regular onsite presence in our Washington, DC office, attendance at local events, and travel outside of the city (30% travel is required). • Preferred: Capitol Hill experience and Bilingual (English/Spanish). Compensation: • $113,400 - $144,900 annually. Commensurate with experience.
