Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company that builds products, services, and experiences across all devices and digital mediums. They are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and team coordination while managing budgets and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for project execution. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. • Assign and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. • Track project issues and ensure timely resolution to keep the project on track. • Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as needed. • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure costs remain within approved limits. • Forecast resource needs and allocate them effectively throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide regular updates on project financials to stakeholders. • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and changes. • Prepare and deliver project progress reports, presentations, and documentation. • Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders on project goals and outcomes. • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. • Implement project monitoring systems to track progress and performance. • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement. Skills • 10+ years of experience managing projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. • Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira). • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Must have Skills: Sales cloud, Service cloud Company Overview • Nagarro helps future-proof your business through a forward-thinking, fluidic, and CARING mindset.
