Job Overview Rapidly growing family owned company are seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associates/Movers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Goes to off site locations to collect items; furniture, artwork, smalls, etc. • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality of products. • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored correctly. • Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately. • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently. • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space at all times, as well as other properties owned by the business. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to orders. Experience • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. • Skills in delivery driving or courier services are advantageous. • Familiarity with customer service principles is a plus. • Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is beneficial for route driving tasks. • Ability to handle moving tasks effectively and safely within the warehouse setting. • Commercial/box truck driving experience is a plus.
