SAP PS/FI Business Analyst • Location: Dallas, TX 75231 (on-site 4 days a week) • Client Domain: Oil & Gas • Duration: 6 months with Possible Extension • Interview Mode: video Job Description: This person probably needs to have 5+ years of working in the USA. They need to be able to speak with users as well as the CFO. Hiring manager has said this is a Business Analyst type of role, and they need strong PS experience. This person needs to have config experience so they "understand the process and are able to suggest solutions". They need to be onsite in Dallas. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document business requirements for SAP PS, FI, and AM modules. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize business processes. • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users. • Support system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Qualifications: • 10 years of SAP PS and FI experience • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with SAP PS, FI, and AM. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. • Experience in project management methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: • SAP certification in PS, FI, or AM. • Experience in change management and process improvement. • Experience in Oil and Gas industry
