Manage and retain a personal lines insurance book of business including servicing, renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and policy changes.
Requires a valid P&C license, 2+ years personal lines experience, proficiency with insurance systems, and strong communication skills.
Manage personal lines business and act as the main point of contact for servicing, renewals, cross-selling opportunities, upselling, and policy changes. The ideal candidate has a valid P&C license and at least 2+ years of experience in personal lines service. Core Responsibilities: • Manage and retain a personal lines book of business • Conduct coverage reviews and policy changes (endorsements, renewals, etc.) • Cross-sell and upsell when appropriate to ensure clients are well-covered • Respond promptly and professionally to service requests via phone, email, and text • Maintain carrier and client relationships • Support onboarding of new clients as needed Skills & Qualifications: • Property & Casualty License required • 2+ years of personal lines experience (auto & home) • Proficiency with insurance systems • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask Benefits • Fully remote position • 401(k) with matching • Medical and dental insurance • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Continuing education support A Little About Us NAC Insurance is an independent, full-service insurance agency based in Western New York.
