Overview Nakupuna Prime is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support the Army Human Resources Command. The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and producing professional-quality graphic assets for digital and print media in alignment with brand standards and project goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of visual design principles and extensive experience collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop effective and engaging visual communication materials. We are actively staffing contingent positions with a start date during the contract transition phase between December 12-26, 2025. Responsibilities The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Design and deliver a variety of graphic materials, including logos, banners, flyers, business cards, and other custom requests that align with organizational branding and objectives. Ensure designs adhere to established brand guidelines, accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508), and industry best practices. Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and translate ideas into compelling visual formats. Prepare files for both digital publication and professional printing, ensuring technical accuracy in layout, color, and resolution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Maintain and organize graphic assets, templates, and documentation to support consistent visual output across the program. Implement and iterate on feedback to continuously improve visual content and maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The candidate must be self-motivated, pay close attention to detail, and have good oral and written communication skills. Additional certifications may be required as prescribed by DoDD 8140 (e.g., Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP CE). Education and Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience: Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance. Work Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky. Telework may be authorized once approved by the Government. Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
