We are seeking a highly motivated Bank Operations Analyst to join our Bank Operations team. Reporting directly to the Bank Operations Manager, the Bank Operations Analyst will be responsible for performing all operational functions, including reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the back office book of records. Operations analyst will perform daily transaction monitoring and be responsible for making adjustments and escalating to the Bank Operations Manager. The Operational analyst will also assist client queries and communications where needed. Responsibilities Banking Operations: Perform all operational functions, including reconciliation, internal and external money movements and fixed assets. Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to optimize operational systems and processes, leveraging automation and other fintech solutions. Internal Controls: Perform and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information. Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures over bank operations processes. Operational Analysis: Perform and maintain insightful operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to support management decision-making. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in and lead ad hoc financial projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field. 0-3 years of experience, with experience in the banking, financial services, or payments industry, preferably within a fintech environment. Strong understanding of reconciliation, and treasury management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
