Requirement 1. bachelor's degree is REQUIRED2. 3+ years managing complex technical programs/projects using Agile methodologies and proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risk, resources, and stakeholder communications3. Hands-on experience defining HiL test scope, designing test strategies, and executing automated tests. 4. Deep understanding of embedded software processes, vehicle electrical architectures, communication protocols, and functional partitioning. 5. Understanding of how to develop, maintain, and execute automated test procedures. Skills Required:Program Manage PM's & Projects, Test Automation, Software Testing, Test Integration Testing, Test Regression Testing Experience Required:Specialist Exp: 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Proj Mgr Education Required:Bachelor's Degree
