Job Title: Full Stack Developer (AIPGEE) Location: Dearborn, MI (4 days onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in AIPGEE, Angular, Spring, Spring Boot, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to join a Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) team. This role involves paired programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). You will collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to build mission-critical applications for Return to Work projects and Employee Performance Management with a global impact. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver full-stack applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Google Cloud Platform. • Engage in TDD for up to 6 hours daily to ensure code quality. • Implement microservices architecture, including gateway, authentication, and configuration services. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and support blue-green deployments for zero downtime. • Design and maintain database schemas using H2 and Liquibase; support migration to new data centers. • Integrate solutions with LDAP, O365, WebEx, and other third-party services. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PII data handling/encryption standards. • Collaborate in paired programming and participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews. • Continuously improve delivery pipelines and cloud-hosted solutions. Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years of full-stack development experience. • Proficiency in: • AIPGEE, Angular, Spring, Spring Boot, CSS, GitHub, REST APIs, Jenkins, Java • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) for cloud-hosted solutions • Experience with Lean, Agile, and XP methodologies (paired programming, CI/CD, TDD). • Ability to contribute effectively on day one with minimal ramp-up time. Preferred Skills • Microservices architecture experience (gateway, authentication, config services). • Database management using H2 and Liquibase. • OAuth and ADFS authentication expertise. • Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or similar hosting solutions. • Blue-green deployment strategies and zero-downtime release processes. • Knowledge of encryption techniques for sensitive data. • Strong background in integrating enterprise systems (LDAP, O365, WebEx). Education • Bachelor s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
