Full Description

N-Vision Optics is seeking a Director of International Sales to drive the growth of our night vision and thermal imaging products across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and other international markets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in international military and government sales and a background in the firearms, defense, or closely related industry. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-company environment. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (military, law enforcement, government, and distributors). • Find new customers, distributors, and partners in target regions. • Follow up on incoming inquiries and leads and turn them into orders. • Visit customers, attend trade shows, and run product demos when needed. Qualifications: • Proven international sales experience, preferably in defense, military, or government markets. • Direct experience in firearms, defense, tactical equipment, optics, or a closely related industry is required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust, negotiate under pressure, and influence diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to find and engage new customers and decision-makers and deliver professional presentations to government and law enforcement audiences. • Ability and willingness to travel as needed, both within the U.S. and internationally. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a small company environment. • Prior military service strongly preferred. • Must be a U.S. citizen due to ITAR regulations.
