Job Overview & Responsibilities Mythics seeks an experienced Senior Techo functional Analyst with PeopleSoft HCM Core HR and Pension Administration to join our practice. This is an Analyst role focused on implementing applications and working closely with our customers. Candidate must be proficient in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, testing and system integration. The is a remote position. Duties and Responsibilities • Functional/Technical lead for implementations of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration. • Participate in Discovery and Fit/Gap workshops in order to develop comprehensive Requirements documentation. • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. • Review current business requirements and their processes across the Benefits Administration and related HCM modules. • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Demonstrate experience as a senior resource leading in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, and client user training. • Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements. • Work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology. • Interact with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. • Participate in interactive design workshops with customers and create functional and technical design documents. • Provide solutions that fit the process and the client’s business needs. • Create configuration workbooks and map design decisions to business processes. • Conduct deep dive sessions with clients and review their integration requirements and specifications. • Develop customizations and integrations for the Pension Administration and related HCM modules in accordance with technical design and adherence to Mythics and client’s development standards. • Perform Unit Testing of system configurations and customizations. • Work with clients to develop end-user training materials. • Work with clients to develop test plans and oversee end user testing. Other Duties • Perform all other duties, as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Benefits Administration • US Citizenship required to work on this project • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 • Expertise in PeopleSoft development tools including: • Application Designer • Integration Broker • BI Publisher • Structured Query Language • Experience Implementing applications for Federal Clients is a plus • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Experience mentoring junior staff Company Overview As a federal government contractor and a recipient of federal funding, Mythics and Emergent is required to abide by the Drug-Free Workplace Act, which requires Mythics and Emergent to provide a drug-free workplace, among other obligations.
