Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage our online presence across various platforms. Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, etc. • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently. • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to audience interactions. • Collaborate with leadership to produce visually appealing graphics. • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals. • Engage in relationship management with influencers and brand advocates to foster partnerships. • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines before publication. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and best practices in video editing and photography. • Some day-to-day task assigning and co-ordination. Requirements • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and graphic design principles. • Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications. • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. • Excellent communication skills with a knack for public relations and relationship management as well as good orginization. • Ability to create engaging written content while maintaining brand voice across platforms. • Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus; familiarity with video editing software is desirable. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
