We're hiring a Medicare Compliance Analyst II with Medicare brokerage experience to ensure we meet CMS Medicare Marketing Rules. This role involves resolving compliance issues, conducting audits, filing marketing materials in HPMS, and training agents. Job Duties CMS Medicare Marketing Rules knowledge and experience Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received internally, from customers, or carriers. Conducts internal audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, policies and procedures, code of conduct, and training for MyPlanAdvocate. Generate, update, review and file marketing materials in HPMS. Initiate and remediate corrective action plans, as needed. Maintains and updates an internal tracking system of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes. Conducts agent coaching and training. Performs other duties as assigned What you’ll bring! Bachelor’s Degree or 3 + years of equivalent professional experience. Strong background in Medicare, health insurance, and regulatory compliance. Expertise in CMS Medicare Marketing Rules and Medicare brokerage. Proven ability to investigate, resolve, and audit compliance issues. Proficiency with HPMS, corrective action plans, and compliance tracking systems. Strong communication skills for agent training and coaching. Ability to work independently. Telecommuting Requirements Ability to keep all company-sensitive data secure. Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privately without disruption.
