Vice President of Ad Sales & Account Management | RV Home We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Advertising Sales & Account Management to lead and expand our advertising partnerships across the RV Home portfolio, including MyMove, AllConnect, and Save On Energy. This senior leadership role requires a visionary executive with deep expertise in advertising sales and account management, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to build and inspire high‑performing teams. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives, cultivating key client relationships, and maximizing market share in a competitive landscape. This role requires a hybrid schedule and can be based in our NYC office or our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Charlotte, NC Metro Area) Monday through Thursday and work fully remotely on Friday each week. What You'll Do Develop and implement comprehensive advertising sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to create innovative advertising solutions that meet client needs and market demands. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and data‑driven decision‑making. Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats to maintain a leading market position. Pitch and lead new business meetings with notable brands highlighting the value of MYMOVE and its products. Drive contract negotiations and close high‑value deals with enterprise‑level clients. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate leads. Manage budgets, resources, and sales operations to optimize efficiency and profitability. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise accounts and teams. Proven success leading advertising or media sales organizations with annual revenue in the $50M+ range, ideally within performance marketing, home services, or multi‑brand ecosystems. Experience operating in an omni‑channel marketing environment, including digital, print, and CRM. Demonstrated track record of building and executing revenue strategies that drive measurable growth across both integrated and strategic partnerships. Expertise in full‑funnel sales management — from pipeline development and forecasting through negotiation and deal closure. Deep understanding of digital monetization models including lead generation, affiliate, and programmatic advertising. Proven ability to deliver custom advertising solutions that align with client objectives and MYMOVE’s broader ecosystem of brands. History of consistently exceeding sales targets and expanding client portfolios through consultative, insights‑driven selling. Strong command of contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and long‑term account management for enterprise clients. Adept at managing budgets, optimizing sales operations, and leveraging analytics for data‑driven decision‑making. Compensation USA Compensation Range: $220,000 - $300,000* NYC Compensation Range: $275,000 - $375,000* Note: actual compensation is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
