We are urgently hiring a Mid-Level WordPress Developer who can take finalized designs and turn them into high-quality, responsive, animated, conversion-focused websites using Elementor, PHP, HTML, and CSS. If you know how to: build clean, fast pages fix broken layouts implement animations follow design files exactly and work FAST without sacrificing quality …you’ll fit right in. This role is not software engineering — this is high-level website production, supporting hundreds of small business owners through MyMarketingPass. You will not deal with clients, customer requests, or support drama — all communication is handled by our internal team. Your focus is pure building, production, and delivering great work without the chaos of client-facing responsibilities. 🔧 What You’ll Do You’ll work inside WordPress + Elementor daily to: Build full websites from final Figma/PSD designs Add motion, animation, scroll effects, and interactive elements Make sites fully responsive for all devices Fix broken pages, visual bugs, layout issues, plugin conflicts Improve page structure, spacing, and brand consistency Optimize images, load speed, and overall page performance Follow design instructions exactly Select appropriate stock images when needed Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA Work on multiple projects each week Deliver clean, polished, ready-to-launch sites Our ideal developer improves a page without being asked, spots issues early, and takes ownership of their work. 🧠 Required Skills You must be strong in: WordPress (customization, troubleshooting, plugin usage) Elementor (advanced usage: motion effects, global styles, templates) PHP (basic–intermediate) HTML5 & CSS3 Responsive design Website debugging Speed optimization Following design files with pixel-level precision Problem solving Communication and reliability ⭐ Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus) Photoshop / Illustrator Other page builders (Oxygen, Divi, WPBakery) JavaScript basics UX/UI sensitivity Experience with multi-page funnels QA testing habits Light backend (hooks, simple functions) 🎯 Who You Are You’re someone who: Likes building beautiful, smooth websites Gets satisfaction from fixing things quickly Works well with structure & deadlines Communicates clearly Cares about accuracy Learns fast Wants long-term stable work We value speed + quality + consistency.
