The Role We’re looking for a driven, self-starting Regional Payments Sales Executive to grow adoption of the myKaarma Payments platform across a large, multi-state territory. This is a true hunter role with industry-leading earning potential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale deployment and long-term customer success. What You’ll Do Own your territory: Identify, prospect, and close new dealership customers through in-person visits, cold outreach, referrals, and networking Sell consultatively: Deliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly articulate business value—not just features Build relationships: Develop trust with dealership decision-makers and understand their operational and payments needs Close deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms while protecting margin and customer value Hit your number: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay sharp: Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes—especially payments compliance by state Keep it tight: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear sales reporting Support the handoff: Partner with Payments Deployment and Training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to drive overall growth What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience in automotive and/or payments (automotive fixed operations experience is a strong plus) Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable selling complex, value-based SaaS solutions Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Tech-savvy with CRM and standard business tools Adaptable, coachable, and comfortable with feedback Willingness to travel up to 50% across a multi-state territory Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive base + uncapped commission High autonomy and ownership of your territory Collaborative, transparent culture Growing product with strong market demand Real opportunity to make an impact—and make serious money doing it We value diverse experiences and backgrounds, so we encourage you to apply if you meet some but not all of the listed qualifications.
