About the Role We’re looking for a mission-driven healthcare provider to join a multi-specialty practice dedicated to breaking down barriers and delivering compassionate, patient-first care to the communities who need it most. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive clinical care by diagnosing, treating, and managing both acute and chronic conditions, while championing prevention, education, and long-term wellness. You’ll work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and the broader care team to ensure patients receive coordinated, high-quality care with outcomes that matter. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and guiding Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners—helping reinforce strong clinical decision-making, maintain best practices, and consistently exceed care standards. You’ll stay current on medical advancements, maintain licensure and compliance requirements, and build strong relationships across departments to strengthen collaboration and maximize patient impact. Quallifications • Medical Expertise: Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics. • Clinical Competence: A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately. • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes. • Commitment to Growth: Always improving, always learning, and always adapting to the needs of your patients and the team. • Respect for Diversity: You understand the power of a patient’s social and cultural background and weave it into your care approach.
