We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our patient-centered practice. In this role, you will diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness for patients of all ages. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care and will also have the opportunity to mentor and support mid-level providers, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. What You’ll Do: • Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide patient care across all ages, diagnosing, treating, and managing health conditions while promoting preventive care and health education. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with physicians, mid-level providers, and the whole care team to deliver integrated, top-tier care. • Lead by Example: Oversee and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring care standards are met and exceeded. • Be a Lifelong Learner: Stay on top of the latest medical advancements and maintain your licensure, while contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead with Integrity: Take full responsibility for patient care, ensuring your practice is rooted in professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Foster Strong Relationships: Build solid, professional relationships with team members across all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality care. RequirementsQualifications • Medical Expertise: Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1-3 years of experience in primary care. • Clinical Competence: A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and ancillary orders. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Allscripts, to document patient care efficiently and accurately. • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes. • Commitment to Growth: Always improving, always learning, and always adapting to the needs of your patients and the team. • Respect for Diversity: You understand the power of a patient’s social and cultural background and weave it into your care approach.
