About the Role As a Family Nurse Practitioner , you’ll bring your clinical expertise to a patient-centered environment where authentic relationships come first. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care for patients across all stages of life. What You’ll Do • Own patient care: Conduct exams, collect medical histories, and evaluate conditions to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions. • Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications under physician oversight and coordinate holistic care plans. • Lead diagnostics: Administer and interpret tests (labs, x-rays, EKGs) to identify underlying health concerns. • Provide holistic care: Guide patients in wellness, family planning, preventative care, and lifestyle improvement. • Perform procedures: Deliver essential procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations. • Supervise and coordinate: Support medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
