We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physician Account Manager, Concierge Medicine to join our growing concierge medicine firm. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our reach, helping physicians transition to a concierge model that enhances patient care and practice profitability. This role is ideal for a highly motivated consultative sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and has a proven track record of selling services or solutions to physicians demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and challenges. The range of salary for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 per year based on base salary and a bonus compensation plan. Job Responsibilities: Drive Sales Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with physicians interested in transitioning to a concierge medicine model. Onboarding Support: Assist new members with the onboarding process, explaining membership benefits and ensuring a smooth transition. Consultative Selling: Develop deep relationships with prospective clients, understanding their current practice pain points, and effectively communicating how our consulting services can provide tailored solutions. Expert Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to physicians and their staff, showcasing the benefits and processes of adopting a concierge medicine practice. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and physician needs to inform sales strategies and product development. Collaboration: Work closely with our implementation and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the evolution of our service offerings. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Identify, engage, and build relationships with physicians and medical practice leaders. Travel: As necessary, attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, with a strong preference for experience selling to physicians or within the healthcare industry. Knowledge of CRM software usage in order to manage day-to-day operations (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated success in building and closing complex sales deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with concierge medicine or private practice operations is a plus. A genuine interest in health and wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences. Must be willing to travel 50% of the time to clinics and locations based on departmental needs. Successful candidates will preferably live in Florida or Texas.
