Hello, Job Title: QA Analyst Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Good to have working with State Clients. On W2 Contract. Can consider the H1B- Transfer who would like to transfer. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst with 8+ years of hands-on in QA in testing healthcare and benefits-related systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in manual testing, strong SQL skills, and thorough knowledge of Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and TANF programs to ensure high-quality, reliable applications. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and perform manual functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Analyze complex business and system requirements related to Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and TANF • Design, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Validate eligibility rules, benefit calculations, workflows, and reporting accuracy • Perform SQL-based data validation across multiple databases and systems • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior QA team members • Support release management and production deployments Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance • Strong domain knowledge of Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and TANF programs • Extensive experience in manual testing • Advanced proficiency in SQL for backend data validation • Experience testing eligibility, benefits, or case management systems • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with healthcare or public benefits platforms • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar defect tracking systems • Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments • Prior experience leading or mentoring QA teams --- Thanks Srujana Email: srujana.b@my3tech.com
