Hello Our client is looking for the PEGA Developer who can join immediately. This is a remote role. On W2 Contract. We can take H1Bs & TN visas only on C2C JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Role 1. Pega Developer/Support - Senior/Mid • Pega Certifications Desired • Pega Robotics Automation experience desired. • A highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems. • Experience leading the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes. • Experience reviewing solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices. • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations. • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps • Conduct code/peer reviews, design reviews and demos Role 2. Pega BA (Mid/Sr/Lead) • Providing business and technical advice to partners in defining innovative communication decisioning solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub). • Translating business ideas and marketing campaign requirements into user stories, interaction strategies, and engagement policies. • Collaborating with data science teams and leveraging tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for analysis. • Working within an Agile SCRUM environment. Roel 3. Pega • Process Automation and a "citizen development" program that leverages the Pega Platform to empower business users to build low-code applications. • Process and Task Mining to drive continuous improvement and shape their automation roadmap. • Ensuring regulatory compliance, such as the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), through automated Pega-powered systems --- Thanks Srujana Email: srujana.b@my3tech.com
