Analyze business processes, document procedures, provide training and support for CAPPS or ERP systems, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective system implementation and user adoption.
Minimum 10 years experience in business analysis or training with CAPPS or ERP, strong process documentation skills, finance/accounting system support experience, excellent communication, and preferred instructional design certification.
