8-10 years as a Business Analyst with 5-7 years SAP FICO experience, SAP implementation expertise, database management skills, experience with SAP BI and Power BI, SOX compliance knowledge, and strong communication and documentation abilities.
Business Analyst - SAP FICO Analytics Remote Long term Required Skills Experience in Database Management (database modelling, Integration, data quality). SAP Implementation Experience supporting FI teams 5-7 years' experience working with SAP FICO functional and configuration support, SAP Business Intelligence (BI) system, SAP excel add-on applications and Power BI. Sr. Business Analyst to support a global SAP implementation and Finance team with Analytics and dashboard BI reporting. Ideal candidates will have the following: • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a BA • Experience in Database Management (database modelling, Integration, data quality). • SAP Implementation Experience supporting FI teams • 5-7 years' experience working with SAP FICO functional and configuration support, SAP Business Intelligence (BI) system, SAP excel add-on applications and Power BI. • Experience working in and supporting a SOX-complaint BI reporting environment • Experience working with business users, gathering requirements, and working with IT business system analysts and development team. • Experience in writing specification documentation, end user training, procedures, and reports. • Experience in software/process documentation and written communication. Job Responsibilities: • Build SAP BI reporting solutions that transform clients' Finance functions • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance solutions powered by SAP S/4HANA BI- based reporting solutions • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements • Use SAP ERP/Business Intelligence system to meet business requirements, solve business issues and support the IT business system analysts and development team. • Perform Unit Testing and involved in User Acceptance testing, and post-deployment support • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. • Assist with the performance of IT General Controls and additional SOX controls • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing support and training users. Job Requirements: • Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and appropriately prioritize your activities • Minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP FICO Modules, including but not limited to: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS) and management reporting • Minimum of 1 year experience leading/handling implementation and end-to-end delivery responsibilities (design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical architecture) • Minimum of 2 years of Data and Reporting - either as an analyst analyzing or identifying reporting requirements or building queries (BW, FIORI, etc.) • Minimum of 1 year experience creating requirements, design documents, and test scripts. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience • Financial Accounting and/or Business Analyst experiences including FP&A, SG&A, Consolidations or Operations Accounting • Experience working on SAP including, SAP ECC , S/4 HANA, SAP BW. • Cross-functional expertise with integration with other SAP core modules like OTC, Supply chain or across other non SAP systems such as Anaplan, Cognos, COUPA, etc. • Experience in database management (database modelling, Integration, data quality). • Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or finance, plus 5-7 years' experience working with SAP FICO functional and configuration support, SAP Business Intelligence (BI) system, SAP excel add-on applications and Power BI. • Experience working in a team environment to provide support for other SAP functional areas: Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials and Warehouse Management (MM/WM), Production Planning (PP) or HR/Payroll would be a plus. • Experience working in and supporting a SOX-complaint BI reporting environment • Experience working with business users, gathering requirements, and working with IT business system analysts and development team. • Experience in writing specification documentation, end user training, procedures, and reports. • Experience in software/process documentation and written communication.
