Enable Change & Training • Run change management and training (train-the-trainer) to drive clinician activation and patient enrollment. Measure and Report Outcomes • Track key performance metrics: time-to-go-live, clinic activation, patient utilization, and adoption. • Report progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders and leadership. Improve Playbooks & Processes • Continuously improve the Clinic Integration & Onboarding Playbook with scalable, repeatable processes and best practices. • Translate real-world learnings into product and process enhancements. Authority & Cadence • Individual contributor (no direct reports) with cross-functional leadership of project teams and external vendors. • Own implementation plans, project KPIs, risk logs, and bi-weekly exec updates. Who You Are • A proactive problem-solver and clear communicator. • Able to translate technical detail into clinic-friendly solutions. • Comfortable leading diverse stakeholders through change and adoption. • Motivated by improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. What Success Looks Like • Clinics integrate My Viva Plan® quickly, smoothly, and with minimal disruption to staff or patients. • Providers trust My Viva Plan® as an invaluable part of their workflow. • Patients experience a frictionless onboarding, engage regularly with My Viva Plan®, and see clear value in managing their health through the platform. • Compliance and security requirements are met with confidence. • Onboarding playbook and processes continuously updated based on real-world learnings. What You’ll Bring • 7+ years of project/program management experience in digital health or provider-side implementations, including EMR/EHR integration. • Strong stakeholder management, change enablement, and training skills for clinical teams; clear, concise communication with executives and frontline staff. • Hands-on knowledge of HL7 FHIR and healthcare interoperability patterns; ability to translate technical constraints into clinic-friendly workflows. • Demonstrated success operationalizing HIPAA compliance and working within SOC 2 Type II frameworks. • Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Marketing to deliver coordinated clinic outcomes. • Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.) suite of products. • Comfort with project financials, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
