Job Title: Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch Company Overview: My Pest Pros LLC is a rapidly expanding, family-owned pest control company dedicated to providing top-quality services across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction, environmentally responsible pest management, and fostering a supportive work environment for our team. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch team member, you will be the vital link between our clients and field technicians. Your role is to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer service to support our growing operations in Vienna, VA. What You'll Do: - You will manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information. - You will schedule and dispatch pest control technicians to service appointments efficiently. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests. - You will resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. - You will coordinate with field staff to optimize routes and appointment times. - You will assist in billing and payment processing as needed. - You will contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes. - You will support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or dispatch roles, preferably in pest control or related industries. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - A friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with pest control industry software or CRM systems. - Knowledge of local geography in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish. - Previous experience in a family-owned business environment.
