Job Title: Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch Company Overview: My Pest Pros LLC is a rapidly expanding, family-owned pest control company dedicated to providing exceptional service across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction, environmentally responsible pest management, and fostering a supportive work environment for our team. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch team member, you will be the vital link between our clients and field technicians. Your role is to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and outstanding customer support to enhance the overall client experience. What You'll Do: - You will manage incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will schedule and dispatch pest control technicians efficiently to meet client needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments. - You will resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary. - You will coordinate with field staff to optimize routes and service delivery. - You will assist in billing and payment processing as needed. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. - You will uphold company policies and promote a positive brand image. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or dispatch roles. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the pest control or home services industry. - Familiarity with CRM systems and dispatch software. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish. - Previous experience in billing or payment processing.
