Job Title: Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch Company Overview: My Pest Pros LLC is a rapidly expanding, family-owned pest control company dedicated to providing top-notch services across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction, environmentally responsible pest management, and fostering a supportive work environment for our team. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch team member, you will be the vital link between our clients and field technicians. Your role is to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer service to support our growing operations in Vienna, VA. What You'll Do: - You will manage incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. - You will schedule and dispatch pest control technicians efficiently to meet customer needs. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments. - You will resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels. - You will coordinate with field staff to optimize routes and service delivery. - You will assist in billing and payment processing as needed. - You will support administrative tasks to enhance office operations. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or dispatch roles, preferably in pest control or related industries. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with pest control industry software or CRM systems. - Knowledge of local geography in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish. - Previous experience in billing or payment processing.
