Serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and community commitment. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch team member, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your role is crucial in coordinating service appointments and maintaining clear communication between customers and our field technicians. What You'll Do: - You will manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and professional demeanor. - You will schedule and dispatch pest control technicians efficiently to meet customer needs and optimize routes. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch details. - You will resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction. - You will collaborate with the field team to confirm appointment details and update customers on service status. - You will assist in billing inquiries and support administrative tasks related to customer accounts. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer service processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or dispatch roles, preferably in pest control or related industries. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with pest control industry software or CRM systems. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, to support diverse customer base. - Previous experience working in a family-owned business environment. - Knowledge of local geography in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
