Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist and Dispatch team member, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your role is crucial in coordinating service appointments and delivering exceptional customer support to maintain our high standards of service. What You'll Do: - You will manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and professional demeanor. - You will schedule and dispatch pest control technicians efficiently to meet customer needs and optimize routes. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch details. - You will resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction. - You will collaborate with field technicians and management to communicate updates and service changes. - You will assist in billing inquiries and support administrative tasks as needed. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or dispatch roles, preferably in pest control or a related field. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude. - You are proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with pest control industry software or CRM systems. - Knowledge of local geography in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. - Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, to support diverse customer base. - Previous experience working in a family-owned business environment.
