The Opportunity My Fit Foods is hiring a General Manager in Training (GMT) for our Cedar Hills location. This role is designed for a high-potential leader who wants a clear, structured path to General Manager. You will work directly alongside one of the top-performing GMs in the company while receiving hands-on coaching from executive leadership. You will lead daily execution, coach team members in real time, and learn how to run a disciplined, people-first business at a high level. This is not a task-management role it’s a leadership development role built for someone who wants to own outcomes and grow fast.
