Company: Claim Warrior Location: Remote / Multi-State Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Claim Warrior is one of the fastest-growing public adjusting firms in the U.S., representing homeowners and businesses to secure full and fair insurance settlements. We specialize in residential and commercial fire, water, storm, and business interruption claims — and we’re expanding our leadership team. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with deep knowledge of the insurance claim process and proven experience managing high-performing sales teams within the adjusting, restoration, roofing, mitigation, or related industries. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and scale a national sales team—appointment setters, inspectors, and field reps. • Build KPI-driven sales processes and ensure weekly/monthly targets are met. • Train sales reps on residential and commercial insurance claim procedures, policy language, and the public adjusting value proposition. • Oversee lead management, follow-up workflows, CRM pipeline discipline, and conversion optimization. • Develop and refine sales scripts for inbound, outbound, and claim-specific scenarios (fire, water, roof, denied claims, underpaid claims, etc.). • Create compensation structures, performance incentives, and accountability systems. • Work closely with company leadership to refine state-by-state expansion strategies. • Collaborate with adjusters, estimators, and the operations team to ensure clean handoffs and seamless claim onboarding. • Represent Claim Warrior’s brand with integrity, professionalism, and advocacy for policyholders. Required Experience ✔ 3+ years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, restoration, or a related claims industry (MANDATORY) ✔ Proven experience managing sales teams (MANDATORY) ✔ Strong understanding of claim adjusting processes including documentation, estimating, policy interpretation, and carrier interactions ✔ Experience working with homeowners and commercial clients ✔ Familiarity with Xactimate, claim documentation, and scoping (preferred) ✔ Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold a team accountable ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ✔ KPI-driven management style ✔ Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) Compensation • Competitive base salary + aggressive commission • Performance bonuses • Opportunities for long-term leadership growth in a rapidly scaling company • Remote flexibility with travel as needed About Claim Warrior We are a nationally expanding public adjusting firm dedicated to fighting for policyholders and maximizing insurance claim payouts.
