Industry: Property Insurance Claims (Public Adjusting) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with direct insurance claim handling experience to oversee claim workflows from intake through settlement. This role is operations-critical and is responsible for keeping claims moving, teams accountable, and deadlines met. This is not an entry-level PM role. Prior hands-on experience with residential and commercial insurance claims is required. Key Responsibilities • Monitor end-to-end claim progress through Claim Warrior’s established claim servicing process • Ensure each step of the claim lifecycle is completed accurately and on time • Track and manage high volumes of active claims simultaneously • Hold team members accountable for assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables • Identify bottlenecks, delays, and breakdowns in claim processing • Proactively push claims forward by following up with: • Desk adjusters • Field inspectors • Estimators • Virtual assistants • Attorneys, engineers, and vendors (as applicable) • Maintain internal timelines for: • Inspections • Estimates • Submissions • Carrier follow-ups • Appraisals / negotiations • Provide leadership with clear status updates, risks, and escalation alerts • Enforce internal SOPs and continuously improve workflow efficiency • Ensure team performance meets company expectations for speed, quality, and responsiveness Required Qualifications (Must-Have) • Direct experience handling residential and commercial insurance claims (Public adjuster, independent adjuster, desk adjuster, claims manager, or similar) • Strong understanding of: • Claim lifecycles • Estimates, supplements, and negotiations • Proven experience managing high-volume workloads with strict deadlines • Strong ability to push teams, enforce accountability, and drive execution • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Comfortable managing multiple team members and vendors at once • Ability to identify inefficiencies and solve operational problems quickly • Preferred Qualifications • Project management experience in insurance, restoration, or claims operations • Experience working with CRMs, task management systems, and claim tracking tools • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills What We’re Looking For • A results-driven operator, not a passive coordinator • Someone who does not let tasks stall or deadlines slip • A leader who is comfortable pushing people to perform • Highly detail-oriented and process-focused • Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments Why Join Claim Warrior • Work with a growing national public adjuster firm • Play a key role in improving claim outcomes and operational efficiency • Opportunity for long-term growth as the company scales • High-impact role with real authority and responsibility Pay: $70,272.22 - $84,628.91 per year Work Location: Remote
