Position Summary: As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the frontline connection between our clients and their customers. Your role goes beyond simply selling — you will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers in-person in retail settings, answering questions, and creating solutions that fit their needs. Customer Service and Sales Representatives will be responsible for presenting products and services in a professional and approachable manner, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service and Sales Representative Role: • Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions in retail locations • Build relationships with customers by asking questions, listening, and offering personalized solutions • Customer Service and Sales Representatives educate customers about products, services, and promotions to drive sales conversions • Set up displays, maintain a clean and professional retail environment, and represent the client’s brand with integrity • Customer Service and Sales Representatives meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while tracking performance metrics • Work closely with team members to share feedback, brainstorm improvements, and hit collective goals • Participate in training sessions to develop advanced sales techniques and leadership skills Qualifications: • Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred but not required — full training provided • Customer Service and Sales Representatives are outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stay motivated and solution-oriented while working toward sales goals • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a variety of in-person settings • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn new skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
