Location : St. Louis, MO / Denver , CO / Charlotte , NC Need Candidates only local to MO , CO and NC Please find Program Manager not Systems Engineers. We need people that are familiar with rolling out new Security programs across an Enterprise environment. They must have PM skills (project plans and rollout schedules), Reporting Skills and Excellent communication skills with executive level Job Title- Program Manager IV Overview On Position- At a high level need a strong PM with Federal practice experience. 70% PM experience is important and 30% federal practice meaning not just working at Federal places they actually need experience working with federal controls. Very niche role and in very high demand across the country. Work Model- 4 days in office and 1 virtual. Preference is St. Louis, MO but can sit in any Charter Hub City (Denver, Charlotte, Stamford) Duration- Long Term Contract. 99% chance this will go all of next year. Depends on where they go with this role and the skillset of this person if they will ever convert. Always potential to convert depending on how the person does Top Technical Skills- Doesn’t matter if technical PM or Business side. Just need experience working with federal gov and dealing Security controls/Supply Chain/Federal Data or compliance controls, standards or federal controls. All comes down to the data. A strong PM with personality that will fit organization would weigh that more than someone with 10 years that was focused in the Federal. Get into rules & regulations, dealt with Standards whether its NIST, CMMC or CUI which is controlled unclassified information. Need someone with a personality that can mesh well with team and also meshes well with executives Role Engagement- The different groups they are engaging with at least for first couple months is VP’s and above. There are meetings involved with internal council, external council. Work with a few VP’s in Tech, VP in Cyber Security, Several VP’s in Supply Chain. Going forward once in execution phase then dealing with IT teams but still working a lot with senior leadership. Certifications/Technical Skills- No Certs required, PMP would be nice to have but not required Years of Experience- 8+ years with experience in Federal Space, Strong PM Skills is a must have Interview Process- In Person preferable but virtual is ok dependent on the individual’s schedule. Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
