MV New York is Hiring: Entry-Level Customer Service Representative - Start ASAP Holidays are approaching... and... MV New York is expanding and seeking outgoing, people-focused individuals to join our Entry-Level Customer Service & Business Development team in Manhattan (Spanish speaking is a plus). If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and being part of a positive, high-energy environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build real experience and grow professionally. This isn’t a typical customer service job. Instead of sitting behind a desk or taking endless calls, you’ll be working face-to-face at live events, representing well-known brands, helping customers, and learning the fundamentals of sales, communication, and leadership. We provide full training — no previous experience required. What You’ll Do • Represent MV New York and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm • Engage with customers at promotional and community events • Provide exceptional customer service and answer product or service questions • Build rapport and create positive, memorable customer interactions • Learn sales techniques and support business development activities • Assist with event setup, brand presentation, and customer engagement initiatives • Work closely with team leads and managers to meet goals and develop new skills What We’re Looking For • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude • Excellent communicators who enjoy talking with people • Positive, outgoing individuals with a customer-first mindset • Motivated and coachable team players who are eager to learn • Ability to work in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment • No prior experience necessary — we provide full training Why MV New York?
