Full Description

Main Responsibilities I. Brand Strategy and Positioning Develop and upgrade the company's brand strategy, including brand positioning, value proposition, mission and vision, and brand architecture. Lead market insights, competitive analysis, and consumer research to generate core insight reports supporting the strategy. Build and manage the brand asset system (including brand identity system, image value system, and core story). Design the brand's annual development roadmap and five-year brand growth plan. II. Brand Communication Planning Responsible for developing brand communication strategies (promotional themes, annual communication lines, and innovation directions). Develop integrated marketing strategies (IMC), coordinating online/offline, public relations/digital/social media communication. Guide major brand events, press conferences, industry forums, cross-industry collaborations, and other communication projects. Establish communication effectiveness measurement models to ensure measurable and optimizable ROI for communication investment. III. Brand Management and Supervision Maintain and standardize brand usage standards, and supervise the consistency of visual and verbal output. Manage external brand collaborations and licensing, ensuring partners align with the brand positioning and tone. Lead crisis public relations strategy development, provide emergency response strategies, and enhance brand resilience. IV. Business Support and Cross-Departmental Collaboration Support product, sales, channel, and user growth departments to translate brand strategy into actionable business actions. Drive consistent brand implementation across product innovation, experience design, and channel communication. Establish a brand digital operation system and promote data-driven brand asset management. V. Brand Asset Assessment and Optimization Establish a brand asset measurement indicator system (e.g., brand awareness, reputation, loyalty, NPS, etc.). Regularly generate brand health reports and propose brand optimization suggestions and value-added paths. Develop annual brand budgets and be responsible for ROI management and performance evaluation. Job Requirements: Education and Background Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising Communication, Corporate Strategy, or related fields; Over 20 years of experience in brand strategy/marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in mid-to-senior level brand management; Preference will be given to candidates with successful experience leading strategic upgrades, brand building, or product launches for well-known brands. Professional Competencies Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer psychology, market trends, and competitive strategies; Proficient in IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications), public relations strategies, digital marketing, and content ecosystem; Possesses brand asset management models, market insight, and data analysis capabilities; Familiar with corporate business models and growth logic, capable of transforming brands into business value.
