AVP Sales & Distribution Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives on building strong agency partnerships and driving profitable growth? We’re looking for an Assistant Vice President of Sales & Distribution to lead and execute enterprise sales strategy across all channels, with a primary focus on the independent agency channel. This role sits at the center of our growth engine—connecting product, underwriting, marketing, and operations to deliver results. Location: This position is remote with preference for candidates in WA and OR, and 50% travel required. What You’ll Do ‒ • Lead execution of enterprise sales strategy to drive production, retention, and profitable growth. • Champion the independent agency channel and strengthen key agency relationships. • Translate business objectives into actionable sales initiatives. • Establish clear performance metrics and accountability across channels. • Partner cross-functionally to align sales execution with underwriting appetite, product positioning, and operational capacity. • Develop and coach a high-performing sales team. • Enhance the agent and member experience across the full policy lifecycle. What We're Looking For ‒ • 10–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in P&C insurance. • Proven success driving growth through the independent agency channel. • Strong understanding of distribution strategy, sales economics, and product alignment. • Data-driven decision-making and performance management expertise. • Ability to build trusted partnerships across functions. • Bachelor’s degree required; CPCU or other advanced insurance designations preferred.
